Krystelle and Patrick at Le Crystal were fabulous and provided excellent service. They helped us with directions and printed out itineraries for us. the breakfast was delicious with fresh hot croissants and baguettes. the staff in general were very friendly. the location of the hotel was great with lots of things to do nearby. We especially enjoyed the WW1 tour of the Battlefields and they were instrumental in helping us contact the tour and providing directions.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

The stay was absolutely very relaxing. Truly enjoyed this nice looking and charming small hotel, easy to find. The property was in a central location to downtown activities. Fast food restaurant Marmara was located 10 minutes walk away. The staff were friendly, and the services were excellent.

Free parking and delicious breakfast included. Great location near the convention center. Helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms were hot with no air conditioning, only a small fan. Major roadworks outside the hotel were noisy at night.

The property is clean with impeccably clean and budget rooms. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. the staff is excellent and amicable. the hotel has a marvelous and stunning location close to the old town. It is very close to the city center and Notre-Dame d'Amiens.

I enjoyed every detail of my 3-night stay at Le Crystal Hotel in Amiens. the breakfast was sensational, offering a variety of items like yogurt, croissants, and cheeses. the staff were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. the beds and pillows in my guest room were lovely. the hotel's location was marvelous, with an UNESCO-listed monument just a pleasant stroll away.

The spacious family room on the 4th floor was perfect for our needs, with a quiet seating area for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we were provided with more than enough towels for our family of four. The owners were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Parking in front of the hotel was convenient and free overnight. a wonderful experience!
Would recommend this hotel.

The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from a Roman Catholic church. The area was vibrant, surrounded by the cathedral, cafes, and restaurants near the cathedral and train station.

celebrating my birthday in amiens, i stayed at this hotel for the second time and was pleasantly surprised. the family room was clean with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. we enjoyed the continental breakfast and the helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was just what I needed, comfy beds and the heating worked like a charm. The staff, especially the wife who spoke better English, were super helpful and knowledgeable. And let's not forget the breakfast, it was unbelievable value for just 8 euros!
